Exchange items, Refunds & Returns
Our Exchange item, Refund, Return & policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.
Exchange items (Remanufactured purchases)
Some of our Remanufactured Items are offered on an exchange basis, as noted in the item's description. These items include a deposit amount, which is included in the item's listed price. Once your exchange unit/s are received by us in good serviceable condition and within 30 days of purchase, your deposit will be refunded.
Refunds & Returns
To apply for a refund or return, please contact us in the first instance with your order information for refund authorisation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days (note: this is standard refund processing time as quoted by banks and credit card companies).
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition that you received it
- in its original packaging.
Late or missing refunds
If we have notified you of a refund and you haven't yet received it:
- Check that 10 business days has elapsed since we notified you. This is the time that most financial institutions quote for refund processing.
- Contact your bank or credit card company and ask thm to investigate.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

After receiving authority please return your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
